[Method of application]

   This product has been sterilized, and can be used after opening the pack.N.S. can saturate it if the product is fragile. Some operations are as follow(just for reference):

1.      Moderate and serious periodontal disease:Local anesthesia was used in the operation. After incising according to periodontal operation and flapping, the periodontal focus was appeared.Remove the granulation tissue and pathologic cementum completely, modify the bone outline and clean inner wall of the bag.After washing with normal saline, scale the surface of wound until it bleeds. Then cover the membrane that has been cut according to the appearance and the size of the disease focus over the pocket of bone.The root part of the membrane cover the alveolar ridge over 2-3mm and the crown part reached the enamel. Reposition the gum and fixed by the method of transfixion suture.

2.      Tooth extraction wound:Extract the impacted wisdom tooth as the usual method. Put the membrane into the pouch, then drag together the gum and suture softly (no suture is also ok).

3.      Periodontal disease:Scale the pathologic tissue, cover the membrane over the surface of disease focus and over the edge 2-3 mm, the membrane should reach the under of periosteum and touch the bone surface, then drag together and suture.

4.      Palatal abscess:Cutting the abscess completely, expose partial interface of hard palatal, cover the membrane over the surface and pack it with iodine gauze which was taken out after one week.

5.      Implantation of artificial tooth:After extraction, place the membrane at implants, fix and suture by regular surgery method

6.      Orthopedics:Debride the wound, cover the membrane, fix and suture by regular surgery method

7.      Plastic surgery:Debride the wound, cover the membrane, suture by regular surgery method

8.      The principle of clinic operation:1) the membrane should cover and encapsulate both sides of the tissue compactly. 2) A fixing process should be adopted to prevent the translocation and surging of the membrane (by adhesive or suture). 3) Friction and excessive moving was not allowed to prevent the fracture of the membrane and disturbing the early healing.

[Storage Condition and Method]Sealed under the clean and breezy environment with relative humidity no more 80%, temperature 5℃-8℃, no corrosive gas.
